Using the site

Use it freely. You do not need an account and there is nothing to pay. You may link to any page, and share listings however you like.

The information here

We check every listing before publishing it and show when we last did. Even so, things change: a masjid moves, a timing is altered, a building closes. Please do not rely on this site alone for anything that matters. If a Jumu'ah time decides your journey, ring the masjid.

Salah timings are supplied by members of the public and approved by us. They are what a masjid announced when somebody last told us. They are not a promise about today.

What you submit

• Please submit only things you believe to be true.
• Photographs must be yours, or ones you have permission to use. By sending one you allow us to publish it on the listing.
• Please do not photograph people. If a photograph shows someone identifiable, tell us and we will remove it.
• Do not use the report form to make a point about a masjid you disagree with. Reports are read by a person, and a report that is not about a factual error simply wastes their evening.

If you are the masjid

You can have your listing corrected, updated or removed entirely. Say so through the contact page and we will act on it before checking, not after.

Liability

This is a free directory run by one person. It is offered as is, with no warranty. We are not liable for a missed prayer, a wasted journey or a closed door. That is not us dodging responsibility for errors, we will fix those quickly, it is us being honest about what a small free site can promise.

Data

What we collect and how long we keep it is set out at privacy. Town and city data comes from GeoNames and is used under CC BY 4.0.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top of this page changes with them.
